Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at halvarishop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without asking us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the watch is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

We'll let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected. If it's approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different watch is to return the one you have and place a new order.
